{InfoBar} Fall Schedule Meeting Monday, 9/27, 5pm

Hello Everyone, 

I know you are eager to start working outside of our Monday-Friday, 9-5
hours, and we staff have been getting many inquiries as to when that
will happen.  We are going to have our schedule meeting at 5pm next
Monday, 9/27.  There is an event for the Baldwin scholars at 6 in the KC
classroom, so we will probably just meet at the tables on the first
floor. 

What will happen at this meeting?  You need to bring your course
schedule and schedules for any other meetings you attend regularly. 
Most students will draw numbers, in 3 rounds, and then pick a day shift,
a night shift, and a rotating weekend shift (you will either work a
Saturday or a Sunday, and either on weekend 1 or weekend 2).  You will
pick the shifts in the order you draw the numbers.  I will give you more
information about the structure of the shifts closer to the meeting. 
There are several students who are working other jobs and can only take
one shift.  I will be checking in with you, and we may schedule your
shifts ahead of time so that you don't have to attend the schedule
meeting. 

We will not share a meal at the schedule meeting.  I'm told that the DC
is open until 9 so you should all still have time to get there to eat
after the meeting.  Let me know if you have a Monday night class and if
this meeting conflicts with it.
