[Circulation] Appointments in the Library

Hello All, 

You should have seen posts to the intranet announcing to the community
that the library is open by appointment.  Daily appointments are logged
on a Google sheet, which is opened on the InfoBar computer every day. 
I've pasted in a screenshot of tomorrow's appointments below.   This  is
how we are keeping track of appointments so that we know who is coming
to the library and what they are coming for each day. 

Please note that I updated the first page of the InfoBar libguide [1],
formerly named News, to Fall 2020 appointments.  Procedures and contact
info for each kind of appointment is listed there.  The most common
appointment that you may be booking is use of a study table on the first
floor.  We will also book computer workstations if the APL fills up. 
Members of the Hampshire community must schedule directly with other
library offices if they want to do things like borrow media equipment or
use the basement media labs.  See the libguide for contact info for
these services.
