[Circulation] Students Working in Other Departments in the Library

Hi All, 

This is just a heads up that IT students are now working on the 3rd
floor.  All of those students have notes to borrow key #103 in their
records.  As of today, there is one student who is allowed to work in
the media basement.  They have permission in their record to borrow key
#110.
