[Circulation] Be extra careful when checking in chargers

Hi All,

Sometime in the last two weeks, a patron returned a broken charger that 
was not one of ours, */in/**/one of our bags. /*Please make sure to be 
extra careful when checking in these items and look for the "Hampshire 
College" sticker on the side of the charger as seen in the picture 
attached.
