[Circulation] REMINDER: MANDATORY SCHEDULE MEETING TONIGHT AT 5:30

Hello All, 

This is to remind you that the mandatory schedule meeting is tonight at
5:30 in Hill Urbina on the 3rd floor. Bring your course schedules and
any meeting schedules so that you know your work availability. You'll
draw numbers and pick shifts in that order. The schedule that you choose
will go in to effect tomorrow. This coming Saturday and Sunday, (Feb. 4
& 5) will be weekend one. 

Please let me know ahead of time if you are unable to attend the
meeting. I would need a copy of your schedule in order to pick shifts
for you. 

Thank you, and welcome to our new coworkers: Charlie, Justin, Mac,
Taylor, and Tenzin!
