[Circulation] Time Cards are Due and LAST REQUIRED DAY OF WORK

Hi All, 

Don't forget to submit your time cards for hours worked through Saturday
by midnight, Sunday. For students who worked the late shifts, be aware
that you will submit your hours as 12am-4am on the day after your shift,

for example if you worked Sunday night at midnight you will log your
hours as 12-4 on Monday. 

THE LAST REQUIRED DAY OF WORK IS SUNDAY, MAY 8.  If you are leaving
campus before then please do post for subs to make sure all the shifts
are covered. Beginning on Monday, May 9, work is optional. I will soon
post a temporary schedule for you to take shifts. If anyone is available
to work evenings that would be great. Here are the end of semester
hours: 

Monday - Thursday, May 9 - 12: 8:30am - 10pm
Friday, May 13: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday, May 14: Commencement: 10am - 3pm 

Please let me know if you are interested in working beyond Sunday, May
8.
