Hi Suzanne,

I would be willing to work some 12-4am shifts. Here are the days I CAN
work: Thursday and Sunday, maybe Tuesday.

For the books that you discover have holds for Hampshire patrons when you check them in, please jot down the expiration date in addition to the patron's name on the green hold slip. There is a field for the expiration date on the slip - holds expire 7 days from the date they go on the hold shelf.

This is to remind you that the Bradford and Hill Urbina rooms are not bookable by students ever. The second floor training room is available to students after 5pm and whenever the Writing Program is not using it. Writing Program hours are Monday-Thursday, 6-10pm and Sunday 1-9. ANY REGISTERED BORROWER MAY USE THE 2ND FLOOR TRAINING ROOM, THERE IS NO KEY LIST FOR IT.  There is one more small study room that students may use, Room #208. It's just past the Bradford room, the second door on the right. The door shuts but does not lock so we do not circulate a key for it, and use of the room is first come, first served. There is a small table and some chairs in the room.

If the patron has dropped the books off and gone away, please remove the stickies yourself before putting them on the return carts or 5C return shelves.

Every student who has a show in the gallery has been given permission to borrow Key #105 so check their records for key permission as usual. This key opens both the gallery and Carolyn's office in case the student needs supplies for their installation. There are no regular gallery hours during div III season, each student is responsible for opening the gallery while their show is up. However, if faculty members stop by to see a show that is not open, feel free to check out Key #105 as they may be a member of the student's div III committee.
