[Circulation] The Circ Desk Phone

Hello All,

Here is more information about the circulation desk phone.  All calls   
for the circulation desk and infobar now ring on what what the infobar  
phone on the counter.  Either of the 2 bottom right buttons flash when  
the phone rings.  Pick up the handset, and if the very bottom button  
flashes that is the infobar.  If the button above it flashes that is  
the circ desk phone.  Press either button and answer "Hampshire  
Library".  Transferring calls is super easy now.  Just press the  
Trans/Conf button and dial the extension you need, or press one of the  
buttons in the columns to speed dial to  the office you need. Please  
look at this email and the phone the next time you work to make sure  
you understand my instructions.
