[Circulation] PLEASE LOCK THE KEY BOX

Hello All,

We have been finding the key box open a lot and this defeats the  
purpose of having a lockable, secure, key box.  Please lock the box  
after EVERY transaction.  After putting a key back and closing the box  
please turn the knob all the way to the left to actually lock the box.
