[Circulation] InfoBar phone

Hello All,

If the InfoBar phone rings and no one is staffing that area, please  
still answer the phone.  And don't forget that the phone directory for  
the building is on the front cover of the white binder that is kept at  
the desk.  If you don't know how to transfer calls please check with me.
