[Circulation] Key Check Outs

Hello All,

Just a reminder to please, please, make sure you check Patron Notes  
tab to verify that students are eligible to borrow keys before you  
check them out.  Over the weekend a key was checked out to a student  
who did not have access to it.  The key supervisor was none too  
pleased when she received complaints from students who could  
rightfully use the key but could not access it for the 9 hours it was  
checked out to the unauthorized user.  Please be careful and take care  
to check out the right keys to the right patrons so they can get in to  
the spaces that they need to.
