Hi Library Staff,

I really appreciate you logging all the printer issues over the last
week.  We've got a decent amount of data now and are going to be
perusing the server logs to try and come up with a solution.

We still need data though, so please continue to write in the log every
time you help a student with a problem.  I'd like to keep this going for
at least another week or two.
