Hi Everyone,

When I checked the printing log today, I noticed a students' password in
the log.  Because of that we had to lock the students account and force
her to reset her password.  The student informed us that she had been
told to record her password by someone at the Reference Desk.

To clarify, under no circumstances will we ever need a password.  DO NOT
ASK FOR IT.

Otherwise, it looks like printing is improving somewhat.  We've been
making slight changes and updating the server and clients regularly
which might be helping.  Please continue to keep Rae-Ann and myself
informed if the situation deteriorates.
