[Circulation] HOLD BOOKS MUST BE CHECKED OUT

Hello All,

Just a reminder that hold books from the 5 colleges must be checked out before
being given to the patron.  We've been told by some patrons that they have
books that still show as on holdshelf in their record even though they already
have them.
