[Circulation] (RESERVE) VIDEOS AND DVDS

Hello All,

THIS IS A REMINDER TO ONLY CHECK IN DVDS AND VIDEOS THAT ARE ON RESERVE.  Please
check for the yellow Reserve sticker before checking in media.  If there is no
sticker, put the item on the media return shelf.  While it is ok to accept
videos and dvds when the media services office is not open, DO NOT CHECK THEM
IN.  The media services department has a paper trail in addition to the Aleph
transaction and it is better if they do the whole check in themselves.

Also, Bev has been noticing that reserve dvds and videos are being shelved
creatively.  Please shelve them in alphabetical order by title.  If the item
has a questionable title, Bev puts a note on the spine indicating "shelve
under..." or she lists the first 3 letters of the title she wants it shelved
under.  Please pay attention to these clues.
