[Circulation] Schedule Meeting and other Circulation information

Hello Everyone,

The SCHEDULE MEETING will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at 5:30pm in the
Special Collections room on the 2nd floor.  This meeting is mandatory.  If
you will be unable to attend, you will need to send a proxy or have me
choose shifts for you.  We will pull numbers and pick shifts before we eat
(pizza).  Please bring your course schedules and other commitments so that
you can plan your work life around them.

Please be careful when handling the spoken work recordings.  We are moving
all of them  out of the regular collection and onto a shelf next to the
reference desk.  They are on cassette, and CASSETTES CANNOT BE
SENSITIZED/DESENSITIZED - THIS WIPES THEM OUT!!!  They are all being tested
before going on the shelf, and a lot of them have been ruined.  There is a
label on top of the case reminding you that you cannot desensitize them.
