[Circulation] late shift meeting

Hi Everyone,

The library's extended schedule runs from Friday, 
April 22 - Friday, May 6.  You will each be 
obligated to work one late shift during that time. 
  The shifts run from 11:30p.m. - 2:00a.m.  As 
usual, you have the option of finding a sub.

The schedule meeting for the late shifts will be 
held a week from today,  on Thursday, April  14 at 
4:00p.m. in the circulation office.    If you are 
unable to make the meeting, please tell me and I 
can pick a shift for you.  Just let me know what 
nights you could or could not work.
