[Circulation] subs and patron records

Hello Everyone,

A couple of reminders:
  1.  Several of you have noticed the "Approved  Subs" list that I've 
posted on the bulletin board.  I would rather that you not write your 
substitutions on there yourselves.  Continue to post to this list and 
to put notes on the bulletin board.  I want to use the list as a way 
of Chris or myself acknowledging  your substitutions, so  I'd prefer 
it if we were the only ones who maintained this list.

2.  Please close a patron's record when you are done checking 
materials out to him or her.  Triple I has been going down a lot this 
week and a patron's record will get "stuck" if Triple I crashes while 
the record is open.  This means that the patron's record is not 
accessible until  a staff member frees it up.
