[Circulation] Thanksgiving / late shifts

Hello Everyone,

It's time to start planning ahead for Thanksgiving weekend.  We will 
be working a regular desk schedule through Tuesday, Nov. 25.  Work is 
optional on Wednesday, Nov. 26,  when we will be open 8:30a.m. - 12 
noon.  We will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27 through Saturday, Nov. 29, 
BUT OPEN ON SUNDAY,
NOV. 30 (Weekend 2 students will be working).  If you are going to 
need a sub during this period, start asking now.  It is helpful to 
your post your request to both this list and to on the bulletin board 
in the circ. area.

Please keep in mind that Sunday, November 30, is also the first day 
of the late shift schedule.  A condition of your being hired was to 
work one of these shifts (or find a sub).  We will have a meeting 
shortly before Thanksgiving break to draw numbers for the late 
shifts.  The late shifts will run Nov. 30 - Dec. 13, from 11:30p.m. - 
2:00a.m.

It is helpful to know who will be here during Jan. term.  Please let 
me know what your plans are as soon as you decide.
