Hello Everyone,
Please, please, please check the contents of the cases BEFORE you
check in CD's. On Thursday night a case and one booklet was checked
in, yet the other 2 cd's and booklet were not in there! THE ITEMS
LISTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CASE HAVE TO MATCH THE CONTENTS INSIDE,
BOOKLET FOR BOOKLET AND CD FOR CD. If even one piece of the set is
missing, DO NOT CHECK IT IN. Put the item on my desk with a note,
and when the office is closed put the CD and the note on the cart
outside the office.
Several students did not fill out time slips for this past pay
period. I promise that this is the last time I feel sorry for you do
your slips for you.
This may come as a shock to some of you but the books on the
re-shelving carts should be in order at all times. It's not enough
to put books on the correct range cart, they also have to be in
order. The carts have been really pathetic lately. Reference and
reserve books shouldn't even be on them. Please try to pay closer
attention to what you are doing.
