This part honestly confuses me.

We have about 200 in parking. This means we should be using a credit card
to pay for one of the vans (idk if it can cover both) and SAVE THE RECIEPTS
so the person's card can get reimbursed.

Everyone should be ready to chip in 10-15 bucks or 20 I honestly cant tell
ya for parking. Tl dr: have cash and credit cards.
Zipcar and vans are full on gas so thats fine, if you're in graces car
please chip in for gas!
