I am writing to you representing the Anime Club at Holyoke  Community
College.

We are having an Anime Festival on March 27th from  12:00 pm - 10:00 pm. 
Admission is free and it is open to the  public.

Refreshments will be sold as well as manga and anime art  items.  There
will also be a cosplay masquerade.

We would appreciate  you getting the word out to your club members and we
