Hey all, The lockbox is being a bit finicky. The code hasn't changed, but it's taking a bit more doing to get it open. If you enter the code and it doesn't open, press reset (the top button) and try again - you might need to press the open button harder than you're used to doing. We'll get it checked out soon. - Greg
