[YellowBike] races

For sometime now thhere has been interest in putting together a race on
hampshire campus.  PErhaps people are interested in organizing this?  1 short
library track-many laps and a longer but not less ridiculous campus race?  Also
someone needs to organize tour de franzia and perhaps it would be best done if
it could go through all three mods.  Prescott is a hard one to plan out though.
 Lets be in touch if anyone is interested.  Otherwise, watch out for
