So uh, a potential problem:
our BBQ is planned for the same day as spring jammm!!!

what to do?:



Hi Lindsey,
I was just informed that there will not be enough grills for your event
on 4/21 b/c that is the same day as Spring Jam and they already had all
3 grills reserved.  The only other option would be to rent a grill or to
change your date.  Please let me know.
