[YellowBike] ybs and hampshire halloween

hey all.
  we're going to meet on friday to fix bikes, but we won't release them 
until saturday, or after the halloween chaos is over. safer for 
everyone that way, and i think we might loose some bikes on halloween 
just because there are so many people coming and going.

so, bring any yellowbikes that you find on friday and put them behind 
the RCC, and we'll try to lock them up.

if anyone thinks that this is a bad idea, respond to this email and we 
can talk about it.
