[YellowBike] a few details

Hi, I would like to know a few details about the yellow bike program at Hampshire College.  

How many bikes does it have now?  
Is it student operated?
Does it receive any funding?
Who fixes the bicycles?
What is the attritition rate of the bicycles?
Does it shut down for repairs during breaks or over the winter?  
Exactly how long has it been in operation?
