[Grin] Clarification on meeting

Hey Y'all, 

So there was an email sent recently which listed the organizing meeting
as being at 3:30pm today. The plan is actually to have it at 6pm from
now on, adjacent to whatever space is going on at 5pm. There really
isn't much left to do in organizing meetings and the rest of our
meetings this semester will be alternative between study spaces and
social spaces, so we don't really need all that prep time. Still, we
want to be able to check in on different stuff going on during
organizing meetings. So at 6pm today we'll have a short organizing
meeting. The study space is still at 5pm. Then after we do whatever
little things there are to do, we'll return to the study space. (I know
that personally I need to do some work.)
