hello homos,
gay marriage is a controversial topic in our communities. i was
curious to know if, among those queers who felt strongly against it,
wanted to organize an event. something like: a collective marriage to
the revolution. it can be funny and informative and involve someone
"marrying" a bunch of us on the library lawn to the revolution with
vows about our commitment to radical change including changing the
institutions and State which govern our relationships and families in
revolutionary and not assimilationist ways.

i know many people are for gay marriage. this would in no way reflect
the larger queer community, the QCA, or 54. but would be a
demonstration/ guerrilla theatre on behalf of those students who
align themselves politically with certain social movements or
philosophies. for those who would be interested please contact me.
thanks darlings

ps please do not email me if you are for gay marriage, rather
organize an alternative event. i mean this in the nicest way
possible. i promise.
