hey folks!

its spring-time & you know what that means...
DRAG BALL SEASON IS UPON US!

now, we're asking you to help us plan the damn thing. drag ball is a huge event
at hampshire and we need all the bodies we can get to pull it off.

so come to the first planning meeting with energy, ideas, & mad mad skillz. we
need help with funding, decorating, planning performances, advertising,
technical shit (like lights & floor plans & building cages to dance in
[maybe...?]), & general contact with the higher-ups at saga & pub safety. if
youve got an in - we want you!

TONIGHT, 7:30PM, in the QCA

the agenda:
general drag ball info/history
picking the date
lining up committees
delegating tasks for the next meeting

(fyi: meetings will probably happen every week until the event in mid april -
just so we can make sure everything is going smoothly.)
