We have some announcements for you:

1. Become a signer for Raices: the group will need a full set of  
signers in the Spring. Nelson is graduating in December, Nataly is  
going abroad, and I will be going crazy in my final semester of Div 3.  
SO, if you are interested in taking the leadership of the group please  
attend the info session being held TODAY 4PM at the Cultural Center.  
I'll still be here for support, so don't worry.

2. SOURCE Cafe happening today: a reminder to those that signed up to  
perform, the event will start at 5:30 in the Tavern. If you didn't  
sign up but would like to share, there might be space available  
towards the end. Nevertheless, come on out and support the talents of  
our beautiful community.

3. Caribbean Carnival on Nov 30th: Raices is collaborating with  
Sisters, Umoja, MOCA and the CC in this great night of celebration of  
Caribbean cultures. If you would like to cook, perform (creative  
writing, dance, etc), or help decorate, please let us know through  
this facebook page or email me.
