[RAICES] Come meet the new signers!

Hello all!

It's Geo, Anastasia, and Aura, your new RAICES signers. We are excited to get
the ball rolling, and we have fresh ideas. A lot could not be done last
semester, so lets get things started! The first meeting will be Wednesday, Feb
17th at 7:45 in the CC. Please try to make it so we can get everyone's input,
and make use of this semester!
