[RAICES] spending money on good stuff

The publication is most definitely important but is not like we wont be able to
publish it when we return. My concern is quality, i honestly do not believe we
can put a publication together right now that we can be proud to show the
incoming students. We all return or those of us who return will be here at the
beginning of september we can have a publication (La Fuerza) ready by the
middle or end of the month.

As of right now Tshirts are a good idea, and we need to start thinking about
outreach efforts for first year students. If our concern is money lets make
pencils that say raices on it with that quote or something and stuff mailbozes
when we return inviting students to our first Meet and Greet.
