Ollantay! Theater Magazine Special Issue: Latina/o Gay Performances and
Theater
An evening with Alberto Sandoval Sanchez
with food from La Veracruzana and music by DJ Joseph.
The Ollantay! journal, in existence for seventeen years, gives voice to both
emerging and established Latino playwrights. This is the first Ollantay!
journal fully dedicated to Latina/o queer theatre and performance. It
includes testimonios, interviews, critical essays, and an archival section
on AIDS.
Donations will be accepted during the evening to benefit Kimbombo Theatre
Group (Holyoke, MA). The Kimbombo Theatre Group works for social and
economic justice, and on health and other related issues by contributing to
the development of a capable, informed, self-determined Latino/a community
in Holyoke, MA.
