On the weekend of March 5-7, the United States Student Association will be
coming to Hampshire to hold a Grassroots Organizing Weekend!  This will be a
spectacular opportunity to gain skills related to student organizing, 
allowing
for Student Action to become a more effective group on campus.  I encourage
everyone to consider attending.  The schedule is as follows:

Friday, March 5th:

5 - 6 p.m. Registration
6 - 7 Introductions
7 - 10 Understanding the Relations of Power

Saturday, March 6th:

9 - 10:30 a.m. Choosing an Issue
10:45 - 12 p.m. Strategy Guidelines
12 - 1 Lunch
1 - 3:15 Strategy Exercise
3:30 - 4:45 - Context of Out Organizing: Educational Access
5 - 7 Recruitment

Sunday, March 7th:

9 - 10 a.m. Coalitions
10:45 - 12 p.m. Actions Guidelines
12 - 1 Lunch
1 - 2:30 - Actions Role-Play
2:30 - 3:30 - Wrap-Up and Evaluations
