Wednesday, April 7th, starting at 7 PM, WLH
At 7, five short films will be screened, mostly fictional, about queer 
Muslims. Topics include: struggles with family, struggles with faith, cross-
racial and cross-ethnic relationships, sex work, and representation. 
At 8:15, screening of Dangerous Living, 
a documentary about being queer in the developing world.    
at 9:15, screening of A Road to Love,
a French/Moroccan  film directed by Remi Lange. A closeted young man falls in 
love with one his interviewees for a documentary about gay arab men

Thursday April 8th, 7:30 PM -- Ladies' Night, WLH
screening of Beauty Parlor, a short directed by Mehreen Jabbar
followed by a screening of Nazrah, a documentary featuring a diverse group of 
Muslim women talking about their rexperiences of gender and sexuality. 

All events are in the West Lecture Hall of Franklin Patterson Hall
