TICKET SALES
Tickets will go on sale to the public the week of April 7 (exact date
to be determined). Online, toll-free telephone, and in-person
ordering will all be available. There will be NO processing fees
charged for using any of these different ticketing options.

ALL TICKETS WILL BE MAILED IN ADVANCE and must be presented at the
door for entrance to the event. Tickets will NOT be available for
pick-up at The Riverside Church or at The Center for Economic and
Social Rights on the day of the event or beforehand.

ENTRANCE
Enter at 490 Riverside Drive, between 120th and 121st Streets. Doors
open at 6:15pm. A map is available at http://www.cesr.org/roy

SEATING
Tickets are for general admission to pews in the Nave and in the two
tiers of balconies. Doors will open at 6:15pm and people will be
seated in the order they arrive. Those wishing to sit near the front
are encouraged to arrive early. The Riverside Church is a fully

PROGRAM DETAILS
Following her address, Arundhati Roy will respond to audience
questions in a public discussion led by Howard Zinn. Two microphones
in the Nave will be provided for audience members wishing to ask
questions. Afterwards, Ms. Roy will be available to sign copies
of "War Talk." Copies of "War Talk" will be on sale at the event. To

DIRECTIONS
By subway: Take trains #1 or #9 IRT Broadway Local to 116th Street.
Walk north along Broadway (passing Barnard College on the left) to
120th Street. Turn left onto 120th Street, pass Claremont Avenue, and
then turn right on to Riverside Drive and walk one half-block to 490
Riverside Drive.

By bus: Take the M-104, M-4 or M-5 to 120th or 122nd Street stops.

By car: Please visit The Riverside Church website for detailed

PARKING
Curbside parking is scarce in the neighborhood around The Riverside
Church and Columbia University. The Claremont Avenue Garage is
operated by Rapid Park Inc., 212.866.1000, and is open to the public,
Monday through Sunday, 7am to midnight. The entrance to the garage is
on 120th Street between Riverside Drive and Claremont Avenue. There
is a fee for parking.
