hey all,
first of all apologies for any cross postings.
this is a document that was passed by the community council last week. we 
recognize the need to reform council and to make it more functional and 
accountable. this document was a step towards that.
i love to have any feedback from people on the document or the process or 
anything to do with council reforms. i would really love to hear from ppl 
about this issue.
hope to hear back from you guys and engage in some kind of constructive 
conversation around this issue.
