[RAICES] call for signers

Hello Raices members 
We have been off to a bit of a slow start this semester. We apologize for the 
inconstistent meeting times and dates. As some of you might know, Natalia and 
Dan have stepped back from their signer positions. We thank them for their 
assistance last semester. Rachel is currently the only active signer. 
So, we need two more! 
Although Signers do multiple tasks, below is a dicription of the focused 
responsibilities for the new signers (that we've come up with so far). 

Budget- Rachel, co-sponsorship

Spring 03 signer #1) Outreach- advertising, postering, upcoming meetinsg and 
events, maintaining contact/ email list, etc.

Spring 03 Signer #2) Organizing/ordering food for meetings and events, note-
taking of meeting, and distribution of meeting notes to RAICES members.
