[Push] spam on the list

Push list folks,

I have changed the Push list settings to permit only subscribers to 
post messages to the list. This should cut down on the spam. I haven't 
yet found the setting (which might be missing from our version of 
mailman?) to direct failures to me (rather than bouncing them) -- if 
you have trouble posting then please drop me a line.
