[Push] More alternatives to reject

Hi all,

on the subject of alternative names for push2 that are to be rejected for 
various reasons, here's my list:

o Push.DUP (two pushes, does not neccessarity mean an improvement)
o Push.INC  (not in the standard function set, and afaik push isn't 
incorporated)
o Push.PUSH (maybe push needs to be pushed a bit more, but one can overdo it)
