In response to queries:

The Omen office is in the basement of Merrill, under A, roughly speaking.

Layout is every other week, and it's not always Saturday, which is to
say, sometimes it is Friday. Obviously conflicting with Excalibur
makes baby Cthulhu cry, so doing something like establishing that
layout will be on Fridays might be the sort of thing we will talk
about tomorrow night!
