[DEATH TO THE CLIMAX] layout

i'd like to see mike ford do it. i'm not confident that yanina can do it in 
such a way as to keep the room on task and talking about the larger issues, 
which is ultimately what council had decided to do. i think too that if we 
can't get mike its a good idea to ask him if he can think of a faculty member 
who would be willing to do it. the faculty member would be serving at the 
pleasure of the dean of the college, so i think that still flies, in the long 
run.
