New Leaf Youth Climate lawsuit allowed to proceed by Supreme Court!

Hi all (pass this along),

In case you missed it, the Supreme Court is allowing the "trial of the 
century" to move forward. This is the lawsuit by 21 youth against the 
U.S. Govt. claiming that, because of the U.S. Govt's 1) contributions to 
climate change, and 2) the lack of U.S. action to stop climate change, 
they (and you) are being denied the constitutional right to "life" and
