[Climate Justice] CEL-1 credit

Hello fellows- 

If you are in this club, it counts for CEL-1 credit hours! If you are a
regular member, it covers all 40 required hours. Alex Leff (awl11) is
the signer with approval powers, so if you are a Div I looking for CEL-1
credit, shoot him an email so he knows to approve you.
