[Climate Justice] Environmental Committee Nominations Due Tomorrow!

Hi everyone,

If anyone's interested, nominations are due tomorrow (Nov 15) for  
serving on the Environmental Committee. It's a great opportunity to  
work with faculty and staff on initiatives related to campus  
sustainability.  I'm currently on this committee, and I'd be happy to  
answer any questions if you have them. More info below:

The Environmental Committee is seeking nominations for three new  
representatives to serve on the committee: one student, one staff, and  
one faculty. Membership terms will be two (2) semesters for students.  
Student representatives must have completed one year of study at  
Hampshire.

Committee membership will be effective immediately following the  
election. Representatives must be able to commit sufficient time to  
attend meetings and review and understand the significant amount of  
information and work that will be conducted throughout the year. The  
meeting time for the Fall 2013 semester is 1:30 p.m. every other Friday.

All nominees must submit a brief written statement expressing interest  
in serving on the committee. Please note: all statements will be  
included on the election ballot that will be distributed via the  
intranet.

Nominations must be received by Friday, November 15. Elections will
