[Newleaf] Fwd: meeting about orientation and sustainability

OK so Josiah got back to me about a sustainable orientation meeting.  He wants
to plan a meeting after classes end, including representatives from the
environmental committee,LFI, and New Leaf.  Fill out his doodle poll to show
when you are available.  It would be great if we get a few representatives to
this meeting.

Hi folks,

I am going to try to schedule a meeting for all of us to discuss
sustainability and orientation. No one responded to my last email
saying that they couldn't meet after classes end, so that's the week I
am proposing. Please complete the Doodle poll below to let me know
your availability. I am including three groups in this correspondence:
1. environmental committee representatives
2. local foods and CSA representatives
3. new leaf representatives

You have all approached me separately about being involved in
orientation. I am so excited that you are all interested, and would
like to try to combine these efforts to avoid redundancy and ensure
effectiveness. Please complete the Doodle by Friday at noon and I will
