The PSA is responsible for administering the batch registration and related records processes for all major summer programs run by the college (5 week Summer Performance Program and Summer Guitar Sessions) as well as performing significant analytical work for the entering student undergraduate batch registration each term. The PSA develops, tests and implements new records and registration process improvements relating to Summer Program processes as well as the undergraduate and graduate programs.</span><span style="font-family: Times; "><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; "><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; ">The PSA leads system upgrades and conversions related to Summer Programs as well as implementing updates to undergraduate and graduate processes. The PSA will help Office of the Registrar Staff with software and hardware troubleshooting and upgrades. The PSA is heavily involved with the OREG visioning and process redesign/development. The PSA is an OREG leader for Student Information System (SIS) (Ellucian-Colleague) upgrades and conversions.
