To all members of the Libri List:
My friend Mike Nicholson, who teaches graphic arts at the University
College of the Creative Arts in London, is visiting the Pioneer
Valley for a week or so. I've asked him if he would make an informal
presentation about the current state of artists books in the UK and
also talk a bit about his own artists books as well as a special
project he is working on. This is meant to be a small seminar-type
affair, with a little show-and-tell.
You are all invited (and, if you are currently teaching something
relevant, so are your students).
Let's say 4:30 until approximately 6:00 on Wednesday Dec 5 in the
Mortimer Rare Book Room at Smith College.
Would you please let me know if you are planning to come...
mantonet at email.smith.edu
Hope to see you next week!
