[Libri] Any suggestions for information available on the web re' how to make a loose-leaf book'

I would really like to use this approach to a bookart piece which I am in
the process of creating.  Unfortunately I have been unable to find anything
on the net by searching through Google.  Perhaps I am using the wrong terms.
